Terms and Conditions
2 WEEKS NOTICE: All events require at least 2 weeks notice. Please before purchasing make sure it will work with your schedule. All events are subject to availability.
RSVP policy: An Event to Remember will contact you 3 days prior to your party for your RSVP list. At this point we will determine the exact headcount for you. Please remember you will be charged for this final count. An Event to Remember will not refund for guest that do not show up.
WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE: A member of our team will contact within 24 hours of receiving your information. We will confirm date, time and location. At this time, should a schedule conflict arrises, you will receive a complete deposit refund.
BAD WEATHER OR ILLNESS: in case of extreme bad weather An Event to Remember has the right to reschedule your party. If the guest of honor becomes ill, we will work with you to choose an alternate date & time for your party (based on availability).
An Event to Remember by Cool Chicks, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during the party. Your party host will work to ensure that your home and guest are treated with care. An Event to Remember by Cool Chicks, LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing costumes or any other reaction for consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party.

An Event to Remember by Cool Chicks, LLC reserves the right to alter specific details of each party, making substitutions wherever possible. Packages do not include a variable surcharge for parties hosted outside of Miami-Dade.
